Drawing inspiration from their home in the Sonoran Desert, Arizona's Monsoon Chocolate transforms transparently-sourced cacao from all over the world into craft chocolate bars and confections. We love both Monsoon's single-origin chocolates, as well as their series of bars that showcase Southwestern flavors like blue corn and mesquite. Founder Adam Krantz will lead a special class for chocolate enthusiasts, offering insights into chocolate making while sharing tastes of Monsoon's award-winning bars. Please join us for a delicious evening of chocolate and learning (if we're lucky, there may even be some sneak preview tastes of holiday treats).
