It's time to dip! We will cube up a pound of two of our favorite melting cheeses to make a superlative pot of fondue. Choose from Classic (the familiar fondue cheeses like Gruyere, Emmental, Fontina, and Comte) or Modern (amazing, lesser-known European melting cheeses from Europe with titles less familiar in the U.S. market). Don't forget that you can add an optional meal set (below) to complete your fondue feast, including a Little T Double Long baguette, cornichons, Pastaworks sausage, apples, and potatoes.
