Sabatino Sliced Summer Truffle

Black summer truffles are sliced at their absolute ripest for maximum flavor then packed into one of Italy’s finest extra virgin olive oils to create a rich and luxurious addition to any dish. Slices range in size depending on the truffle. The sliced truffles add an aesthetic element to risotto, pasta, pizza, eggs, and polenta. Use the remaining oil from the sliced truffles as truffle oil.
