Located in Northeast Portland, Providore Fine Foods is a neighborhood fixture for daily customers and a dining and shopping destination for locals and travelers alike. Open since 2016 (as the next evolution of Pastaworks, a Portland institution since 1983), Providore offers a beautiful market complete with artisan cheese and charcuterie, imported groceries, European and local wines, and our famous housemade fresh pasta. We are joined by our own Mediterranean rotisserie, Arrosto, along with Rubinette Produce Market, TwoXSea, Revel Meat Co., Little T Baker, and Hilary Horvath Flowers to create a grocery experience without parallel.

Pastaworks

For nearly 40 years, we've made fresh noodle sheets, ravioli, and durum pasta extruded on traditional Italian bronze dies. Today, Pastaworks is our label for scratch-made prepared foods, from our famed fresh pasta, to frozen entrees, housemade sausages, and kitchen staples like stocks, soups, and compound butters. Our talented kitchen also prepares a daily mix of seasonal salads, sandwiches, and ready-to-eat foods.

Rubinette Produce

Named for a small, unassuming yet surprisingly delicious Oregon-bred apple, Rubinette Produce Market specializes in new, unusual and delicious greens, fruits and vegetables. Revel Meat Co.

Revel Meat Co. proudly operates one of the last remaining USDA-inspected slaughterhouses in Oregon, bringing the best products from small ranchers to the plates of local diners. From ribeyes, short ribs, and tenderloins to flavorful butcher favorites like bavette and coppa steaks, they offer cuts for every preparation. Two X Sea

Two X Sea sources and sells the very best, most thoughtfully-sourced seafood while sharing the story of the product from the fisherman’s perspective. Founded in the Bay Area in 2009, Two X Sea works to address the lack of honesty, transparency, and fair pay in the seafood industry. Little T Baker is a modern neighborhood bakery guided by four elements: "flour, science, hands and heart." Florist Hilary Horvath brings a burst of natural beauty into the market each day with her seasonal flowers. An homage to the rotisserie chickens found on the Ligurian Coast of Italy.
